<p>Guys who are young and beginner at the gyms are just crazy and anxious to see their body pumping up fast. The day they join the gym, they start taking their shirts off in front of the mirrors to see results. Bodybuilding is not an easy job and takes time before visible results are produced. So when they do not see quick results, they run after the advertisements which claim to give big muscles in weeks.</p>
<p> Now wait here…..</p>
<p>When you hear about products which claim to give you wonderful results in terms of getting quick muscles, be advised that such products must have steroids. Steroids are such elements or materials which make things happen beyond normal in an unnatural way. These are dangerous because  their use can lead to certain fatal diseases and can cause various side effects. Many companies tend to mix such steroids in their supplements which definitely produce results but at the same time are very dangerous for our health.<br />
Now what is the way out? Does this mean that we should not use supplements at all? My answer would be, you can use supplements but before using any, do carry out extensive research and ask your gym trainer or doctor to advise you about using any particular supplement. Try to buy any such product from good store which have repute established in the market. Let me also tell you that a good supplement will not bring very quick results. Results will come but not the way you dream about them. Good supplements do not contain steroids so they are likely to produce slow results but results will definitely be there.</p>

<p>You must have seen in various magazines or watched in televisions or over the internet that there are certain products which claim to give you muscles in days and weeks. Question arises, is it really possible to get such great muscles in such short period of time? The answer is NO. First of all such products do not produce results in the amount of time as claimed during the advertisements. It takes time to produce results. However, some steroid products give you results quickly but they also impart vital side effects which can cause different disorders in our bodies and sometimes even prove to be fatal. Supplements are good for bodybuilding but do not think that supplements will bring you results in days or weeks. There is quite a bit of time required in the form of months to give your body the desired results and it can range from 6 months to almost a year or even more depending on the quality of supplements and physical stature of the bodybuilder.</p>
<p>Inexperienced and young guys mostly fall victim to such products which claim very fast results and attract the starters. Make sure that you take good supplements and always consult your doctor or an experienced gym instructor before you start taking any supplement. Also, do not rush for very quick results because there is no shortcut to success anywhere in the world.</p>

It is worth mentioning here that most of such advertisement companies are just for the sake of advertisements and they are claiming such huge product benefits just for the sake of publicity of their products. Such advertised products either do not bring the results as claimed or make use of heavy amounts of steroids to give you results but with many dangerous side effects. Below I will explain that do you need supplements and even if you do, which supplements you should be taking in:</p>
<p>1-      Supplements are actually there to give something extra to our body and hence bring good results. In other words, supplements are used to get more muscles than what you can achieve in normal routine. If you are following a good exercise plan, taking nutritious food and taking good rest, you can get good results. Adding supplements to it can bring some extra muscle building results. So conclusion is that we must be taking supplements to get extra good results.</p>
<p>2-      Now important question arises that which supplements we should be taking? Answer to this is to research about the quality of supplements before using them, consulting your gym trainer or physician, going over the internet in various forums to see feedback of guys who have previously used them etc. etc. So you need to do a bit of research and consultancy before actually using supplements.</p>
<p>3-      Most important is to make sure that you are not taking any dangerous steroids in the name of supplements. Most of substandard product vendors in the markets and over the internet are selling such steroid products which may bring you bad results in the long run. So again, following instructions as mentioned in point 2, can make sure that you get right product for right use.</p>

<p>In short, try to avoid the use of steroids and if it becomes necessary to use the steroids, always take them with the advice of a doctor.</p>

<p>Steroids are an amazing thing to be used for increasing the muscle size and strength in no time. These are actually anabolic testosterone derived from humans or animals. These steroids do help weightlifters in gym to increase their stamina.</p>
<p>Anadrol. Durabolin, Sustanon , and Anavar are the names of some human anabolic steroids . Where as Laurabolin, Desposterona, Equipise are some veterinary steroids. These all do the same , give your muscles strength and mass that you need .</p>
<p>Steroids cannot even be recommended by doctors under pain , as they are classified as category III controlled substance under the law. They can only be obtained online or from the streets. And steroids can be used orally or through muscles by injection.</p>
<p><strong>Risks associated to the use of steroids</strong></p>
<p>Results gained from the use of steroids are not long lasting and its use is to be continued to have the mass you have gained by its use. Use of steroids have health risks associated with it.</p>
<p>- using steroids for a long time may damage internal organs like liver and kidneys. Some sort of sexual problems are also reported, shrinkage of testicles is one of them.</p>
<p>-Using high dosage to gain more results has harmful effects on the body and has a limited effect. You can give a more effeminate look as unused steroids are converted into estrogen.</p>
<p>- fake steroids are available everywhere , which take advantage of uninformed body builders .such items may be ineffective or too powerful for the body . Which may do more harm then good to the body. Its is best to check online sources before you buy some type of steroids.</p>
