Thanks a lot for your help. Your discription is a little confusing though.
What I&#039;ve understood is that take a wooden plank or bat. Keep the flat side of bat on ground with angled/curved side facing upwards.
Lie down on the floor. 
Bend you knees and put your feet on bat (wide apart). 
Now start doing crunches(sit-ups).

Knees should be bent right?</description>
