These plans are normally complex, have many restrictions and are not easy to follow in our daily routines. So what if we tell you some important common sense bodybuilding tips to live by? These tips do not require any complex compositions or any strict menus and can be adopted in your diet very easily. Below you can find a sample diet plan that is easy to manage, does not require too much of efforts and is not complex either:
1st month: Eliminate all foods from your diet that are of very high sugar.
2nd month: While keeping all high sugar foods out of your diet, also eliminate all foods that are very high in fats.
3rd month: Keeping the above two steps intact, add more proteins to your diet and also a cup of water with each meal.
4th month: following all the above steps also cut back on foods that are starchy and have complex carbohydrates.
5th month: Following all the steps as narrated above, cut back the intake of fats
So you can see that there is no rocket science involved in achieving this. It is just a matter of eliminating some of the food intake from your diet. I have narrated the steps above but this is not something that you cannot do. It is just a common sense approach to take the right food for you. The most important thing in this plan is that you are eliminating certain elements from your diet in a gradual fashion so that you do not get bored or suddenly destroy your body metabolism. Of course you need proper exercise plan and proper rest as well to make sure you get your bodybuilding done properly alongwith this diet plan.
