Start your exercise with back/bottom of your body to get good results. Similarly, you need a good diet plan as well if you want to get good muscles and of course, you again need the services of a good instructor or physician who can understand your body structure and metabolic rate and suggest you proper diets. You can also ask about taking good supplements from your gym trainers or physicians that are legal and good for your body.

In short, before you start your exercise for bodybuilding, it’s important to spend some time on research so that you understand what you need to get good body in best way.
