Supplements are good, but don’t get addicted to them. They are a kind of short cut in your body building life style. But some short cuts are not meant for future success. We are not here to point out the faults but natural thing is a natural thing. The energy you find in egg white or in fish will not be available in creatine or in glutamine. Supplements are not highly recommended but you can use them 2 or 3 times a week.

Mind you steroids are deadly, in start you will get pleasure but after that you will face the harmful effects. Skin problems, kidney failures and many other liver problems are caused by the use of steroids.

    I would like to share my knowledge regarding nutritions too….As some main indgredient were missing in the article.

    To start out with, Some ppl try to avoid MILK may be becuz it tastes awful…. BUT thts the main punch point when it comes to working out. A daily intake of 500ml of skimmed milk or low fat milk is one of the best approach to nutritions, mainly after when you finish your workout. Along with that, a significant supply of bananas proves to be very benefical in your training program.
