8- Take at least 7-8 hours of daily sleep because our muscles grow and repair during rest and sleep. So proper rest is required to get good results.
9- Take healthy supplements and ensure that there are no steroids in them. You must ensure that supplements are from good companies and are there in the market for quite some time. This ensures to some extent that those supplements are credible to be taken.
