First take a help from your coach or trainer and draw a proper diet plan depending on your body structure and worlds best bodybuilders recommended that u include plenty of protiens , cabohydrates and foods that are rich in amino acids before and also after your wokout . These gives strength and helps in developing massive muscles.
water: drink water round about 10-12 glasses daily and make that habit to drink water before, after and also during training sessions but remember during training sessions u have to drink water lil bit .. just 2 or 3 % of 300ml. Water is necessary because continuous workout without any water cause dehydration.
Thus taking water at regular intervals is necessary
