Testosterone is basically what determines how much muscle growth you are going to achieve in your bodybuilding. Testosterone is a naturally occurring hormone in our body and limits the body growth and development. In other words, higher level of testosterone ensures that you get a great muscular body. 4- You should be taking plenty of sleep and rest which not only helps your body to recover itself and grow but at the same time helps it to produce higher level of testosterone.
5- Alcohol consumption should be avoided if you really want your body to grow up. Alcohol effects our bodybuilding negatively and decreases the level of testosterone in the body. It is a good advice for all bodybuilders to avoid or decrease the consumption of alcohol to a considerable extent if they want to see the results they have been dreaming of.
