1- You should split your meals each day. Now what I mean is that say you take X quantity of meal 3 times a day. 4- Like you need a good diet plan for daily activity, in the same way you need a good exercise plan which is effective and tailored to your body requirements and structure. Again, such plan keeps you focused and makes sure that you are following your bodybuilding routine properly.
5- Rest plays a vital role in building muscles and also helps them to get repaired. Make sure that you take 7-8 hours of daily rest to see good results in bodybuilding.
6- Last but not the least, add lots of good supplements to your diet because supplements give your body beyond normal. Again, consult your instructor or doctor to advise you right supplements which do not contain any steroid type of elements. Once you get a list of such supplements, you can use them on regular basis.
