Why weightlifting and bodybuilding gloves are important

Bodybuilding and weightlifting gloves are a must whether you do your exercise in gym or at home. This is because during extensive workouts, you have every chance of hands injury because most of the exercises to be done are with hands. Also gym people normally do not keep their equipment clean and touching it with naked hands is a great source of getting germs.
