This article is not meant to give you detailed tips and analysis about your bodybuilding routines or diets but is meant to give you an overall guideline package that is general in nature and useful for bodybuilding. So I am not going to give you any details or specific indepth information but general tips about bodybuilding. So general bodybuilding tips and guidelines are as under:
1- Always warm up your body before starting any exercise. This will prepare your body for exercise and prevent from any injuries.
2- Take plenty of protein foods because protein is really important to build muscles. You can take proteins, carbohydrates and high quality fats as well.
3- Take nutritious food and keep a check on the calories intake and calories being burnt in your body so that you can adjust your food intake.
4- Take plenty of water especially your workouts in summer because it prevents from your body to get dehydrated. During exercise, our body continuously sweat and lose water and minerals. So water intake should be increased.
5- You can take pre and post workout supplements. Pre workout supplements help your body to gain energy so that it can perform though exercise and heavy workouts while post workout supplements help your body to recover after such hard exercises and gives muscles nutrients to grow.
6- You should take atleast 7-8 hours of daily rest to make sure that your body repairs itself and can grow. It must be kept in mind that body grows during sleep and muscles repair themselves.
7- If you want to use supplements, make sure that you use good quality supplements and those supplements are free from any steroids. Keep in mind that steroids are not good generally for health and you should not take them to get quick results. Bodybuilding is a proper exercise game and takes time to develop your muscles. So do not think of any short cuts like steroids to get quick results that may be dangerous afterwards.
8- Select a proper gym that has good quality equipment, good and educated trainers and good environment so that you can get maximum out of the gym.
