Does plank wood necessary?Where I will place the flate side of that plank wood??
Hello,
Thank you for your participation,
Yes plant wood is necessary as it keeps the process quite smooth and produce a stretch between your legs. You should
place the plank wood below your feet.
I am sorry I am not sure who this set up works.how long is this plank suppose to be and when you say place feet wide out do tou mean at each end of the plank? Please let m know. I am going to try it. does it strenghten the abductors
Hi Tish,
Yes i mean place your feet on each end of the plank and do the exercise for 15 - 30 minutes daily that
would strengthen your abductors and help you to get rid of knock knee.
i din’t quite get the wooden plank point,… how should be the cricket bat placed on the ground,…
if the flat side is faced upwards then wudnt the cricket bat dwindle from the V-side placed on the ground..? please elaborate..
and also cud we just place sm cloth between our knees and just stand straight up for sm minutes with both our feet touching each other…?

Hello Jivesh,
Thank you for your Participation,
Bat exercise is very effective in getting rig of knock knee. Place the bat on a flat surface such that flat side of bat is facing.
Now place your feet on both sides of flat surface and do the exercise as recomended in the article. You will feel a clear
difference within few days.
can u please post an image of how to keep the bat or plank under the feet, I m a bit confused as how to do it. even you can draw a picture by hand, take a click and post it.
please reply.
thank you
sir, i also have knock knees, can you please please show us a picture of how to do this, and can we do it if we do not have a cricket bat? can we use anything else in place of it? did u have knock knees before and were able to get rid of them with this exercise? thank u for your help!
Please elaborate on how exactly we should place the bat? If we place it with the flat side up,wont it rock/sway? How will we balance? Please post a picture or a video so that it’ll help us better and please reply asap. Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks a lot for your help. Your discription is a little confusing though.
What I’ve understood is that take a wooden plank or bat. Keep the flat side of bat on ground with angled/curved side facing upwards.
Lie down on the floor.
Bend you knees and put your feet on bat (wide apart).
Now start doing crunches(sit-ups).
Knees should be bent right?
hello piya,
Yes your knees should be bent in that whole process but gently not in a faster way.
well im going to buy a bat and try this becuse i will do anything to get rid of my knot knees. i will post a reply back with my results hopefully i can start wearing skirts lol.
Sir you mean we have to lie down on floor and then stand and do sit ups. Sit ups means we have stand up also or just crunches .please help me out
