Hello,
Thank you for your participation,
Yes plant wood is necessary as it keeps the process quite smooth and produce a stretch between your legs. You should
place the plank wood below your feet.

Hi Tish,
Yes i mean place your feet on each end of the plank and do the exercise for 15 – 30 minutes daily that
would strengthen your abductors and help you to get rid of knock knee.

Hello Jivesh,
Thank you for your Participation,
Bat exercise is very effective in getting rig of knock knee. Place the bat on a flat surface such that flat side of bat is facing.
Now place your feet on both sides of flat surface and do the exercise as recomended in the article. You will feel a clear
difference within few days.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your help. Your discription is a little confusing though.
What I’ve understood is that take a wooden plank or bat. Keep the flat side of bat on ground with angled/curved side facing upwards.
Lie down on the floor.
Bend you knees and put your feet on bat (wide apart).
Now start doing crunches(sit-ups).
Knees should be bent right?

hello piya,
Yes your knees should be bent in that whole process but gently not in a faster way.
