When you do workouts in the gym, it only ends up having a wear and tear in your muscles and nothing more. These muscles actually repair and grow when you take rest. So after you have done the 100 pushups, take good amount of rest and sleep so that your muscles get proper required time to grow themselves. It is recommended that you take around 7-8 hours of sound sleep daily to ensure muscle growth and repair process.

Tip 3: You can perform your exercise with lighter weights. Most of the people use heavier weights that they can barely control during the exercise process. You must use weights that you can easily control during your workout repetitions and increase them gradually. It will ensure that you do exercise properly and in a controlled fashion at right angles.
