How to get rid of Knock-knee
Many people complained that their kids have knock-knee which may cause problems in walking.Today i am going to give you a desi tip to remove knock-knee. if you follow my tip religiously then i bet you Can easily remove your knock-knee.
- Simply stand on a wooden curve plank and do sit ups 5-7 a day
- Try to ride a horse daily. But if no horse is avaible then try to ride the cycle and try to move it by opening your knees in ” V” Shape.
- When you are sleeping then try to place a pillow between your legs.
Above few tips are really helpful, Follow them simply and enjoy walking. What else? Nothing People Just enjoy walking running

Well use the curve plank and it will works for you just add any thing below your feet which is curved so that it will touch center of your feet

i place pillow between my legs while sleeping but i have to remove it within 30 minutes as my knees start paining…what to do ?

You dont have to do it just place the pillow till you dont feel any pain ….

well i want to join indian military academy and i m afraid that i will be rejected because of knock knees i m going to apply for army after 2 years so please give me some tips so that i can get rid of knock knees within 2 years…please help …

Dude no worries, Just use an inclined plan like cricket bat or something and start sit ups with 10-20 … and do it regularly
This may not only build your thigh muscles but also you can get rid of knock knee…. also horse riding is feasible if available at your side mate
Dont worry 2 years are more you just need 2-3 months bro

Mate without any second thought place a cricket bat under your feet and start doing sit ups from 10-20 a day and you will see your knock knee vanished away
