Interesting… I’ve never really thought about the life of a celebrity body builder. I’m sure they are mega busy, but you’re right they have everything planned for them. They have personal trainers who prepare their workouts for them and dietitians that plan out all their meals in advance.
As busy as they are I’m sure it’s much easier for them than the average person.
