I have seen many people who are confused about bodybuilding, why? because, they don’t know the difference between bodybuilding and fitness training. As an expert I am going to tell you the main difference, Bodybuilding can enroll all aspects related to human body.
Fitness training is a part of bodybuilding, it is just an addition to your bodybuilding like after achieving a considerable amount of shape you just add to your routine a word called “ fitness” It has nothing to do with your bodybuilding. People are so confused especially the newbies in bodybuilding, I am laughing at them because they are taking it as a huge burden. The simple thing is you just have a quick start to what ever you are doing; you don’t need a proper routine neither a proper diet.
The first and foremost thing you have to do is to make your body and mind addicted to bodybuilding. I said in start that you don’t need a proper diet this is because every one in this world is not self sufficient but he has a dream of making attractive shape so what ever is cooked at your home just eat it as much as possible in start. In this way after 2-3 months your body start accepting the food and stress on daily basis. After that select the best exercises which are supposed to give you an edge from the starting 2 months. After that you have to add something in your diet like diets with high proteins in it.
With in your budget you have to add proteins in your diet so that it will boosts your muscles fibers. Bodybuilding is a very sweet profession. It makes your mentally strong, keep you away from depression, bad habits; it increases patience inside you and many more things. Bodybuilding doesn’t mean that you have to work for 6 months and made a shape and then start avoiding it. It’s a profession when you started you keep on maintaining it. Bodybuilding doesn’t waste your time.
A 30 min workout out of 24 hours is enough for you. You don’t have to add another minute for your gym or doing exercise at home. I hope my 2 cents worth for you and will boosts your courage and confidence in this profession.
